Yes. You can schedule a consultation at a time that works for you. For urgent needs, urgent care is available for Silver plan users and above, where the first available doctor responds immediately.
How secure is my personal and medical information?
All consultations, prescriptions, and personal data are encrypted and securely stored. Only authorized doctors and staff can access your information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
